BOOKING POLICY
Payment Methods Accepted Card, Paypal, Zelle (216-773-8492) or Cash (Cash Preferred)
Card payments of $2.50 are charged for services under $150. Over $150 $5.00 card charge
Over $500 $25 - $30 charge.
ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A $25 DEPOSIT.
You are allowed 15-minute grace period. A $10 LATE FEE after 30-minute late appointment is CANCELLED, and there is NO REFUND for the deposit.
All appointments cancelled 24 hours before the appointment receive FULL REFUND allow 3-5 days
Please pick up guests promptly after their appointment. I usually text when I'm almost finished. There will be a fee if I have to wait 30-40 minutes. If the shop is open, guests can wait with other stylists. Please be mindful of my time; I want to go home too!

Please make sure that you have selected a specific service under the add-on. If you don’t appointment will be CANCELLED. Incorrect booking messes up time slots and will not allow you to pay a deposit. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID A DEPOSIT. YOU HAVE BOOKED INCORRECTLY. ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.
All COLOR services for REAL HAIR must have in-person consultation. Then, you will be quoted a price, and the appointment will be booked personally by me.

If your hair isn’t healthy, I will not do color on your hair. I recommend at least 2 Hair rejuvenation packages before considering getting color.
Wig/Lace Services must be dropped off 2-3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT to customize lace, or there will be a $25 SAME-DAY CUSTOMIZATION FEE. This process takes time & I don't like rush jobs. Sundays and Mondays are not included in drop-off dates unless you’ve texted me and I agree to meet you, but I do not work these days. There is no guarantee.
